Health and Welfare Fund
Fleet Owners Insurance Fund is a not-for-profit heath and welfare fund whose only purpose is to provide affordable health care insurance for the employees and families of our Participating Employers. Fleet Owners is a federally chartered trust and is regulated by the Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Our Trustees have the primary responsibility for the management and administration of our Trust and our Plans.
